Coming Soon: Crisis Support Center

The Ulster County Crisis Support Center program is essential for addressing our community's mental health and substance use challenges. It provides immediate, short-term intervention to stabilize individuals in crisis and transition them to ongoing care, preventing unnecessary hospitalizations and emergency room visits. The program offers comprehensive, holistic care, including individualized treatment plans, behavioral health services, peer support, and community resource linkage. By fostering collaboration among healthcare providers, law enforcement, and community organizations, it enhances overall community well-being and supports long-term recovery and wellness.

Located on the 1st floor of the Ulster County Center for Well-Being: 368 Broadway Kingston, NY, 12401.

The Center will be open 24/7, 365 days a year, offering trauma-informed crisis services to all youth and adult residents.
