Granicus Data on STRs in Ulster County 2022

2020 Census Data

Calculated

In 2024, Ulster County will be expanding the contract with the vendor, Granicus, to strengthen enforcement of STR registration and tax collection. We are also expanding our support in this area to local municipalities that join or have joined the Housing Smart Communities Initiative. Municipal staff will receive access to a dashboard that tracks the activity of all STRs (registered and non-registered) in their municipality, supporting communities to more accurately and effectively enforce local STR regulations. They will also receive discounts for additional enforcement tools if they choose to purchase them (e.g., mobile permitting, 24/7 hotline support, etc).
