Application Requirements
Narrative statement including discussion of how the project will support the municipal operation.
Map with the project location and subject property identified (e.g. aerial map, tax parcel map).
Project technical specifications if known, e.g. equipment to be installed.
Project timeline.
Project budget.
Any other relevant documents or plans that support this project.
Proof of funding approval/letter of commitment. (Completed bonding or authorizing resolutions will be required prior to contract signing.)
SEQRA Compliance Documentation: Municipalities must document evaluation of project under SEQR (6 NYCRR 617) and compliance as appropriate. If not completed, please document status of review.
Identification of federal, state, and/or local approvals or permits if required and timeline for application if needed.
